What is your reasoning behind the 20m valuation?

Here's an excerpt from WeFunder that might explain the difference a bit better. "The valuation cap is a way to reward seed stage investors for taking on additional risk. The valuation cap sets the maximum price that your convertible security will convert into equity. To translate that into a share price, you divide the valuation cap by the series A valuation. "

Hi Eric, Great question. I am not aware of Arrived but I am fairly familiar with Fintor. While they are great competitors the approach that is taken for their acquisitions strategy is what sets us apart, if I recall correctly Fintor does not place a major importance on secondary market mechanics and has chosen to go with a liquidity event style schedule. The user will earn a rental dividend each month. Just like a standard dividend from a stock , but monthly instead of quarterly. They can also take advantage of our secondary market and sell out of their position. These are long term rental properties that are owned outright so there is no loan you own the asset.
