Do you plan to exercise your right to purchase the WeFunder shares prior to Series A or Series B or Series C FundRaise from VCs?

Are you able to collect geographical information when photos are submitted? Building that database would be as valuable as the identification.

Yes, we have geographical information and a map highlighting habitat location for each species that is displayed on the results page, along with other information about the species. The database is something we've been compiling for almost 5 years, and I would think that it is incredibly valuable.

Tech startup valuations are always difficult. We based this on first year download projections.
Eric, I wrote to your new investing platform on startengine and have not heard back. I am recieving update emails, however there is nothing mentioned in relation to where we are on the $5million dollar benchmark that was established for the triggering of a return of investment."Since our last successful fund raise in March 2018, we have grown from roughly 250,000 installs to over 32 million installs and generated over $5 million in revenue." - 1 year ago on startengine.com. Yet the valuation cap is $5million in my contract. Where is ROI?

Yes, PlantSnap DOES work for mushrooms. we only have about 10,000 genus trained, so it's not a comprehensive database of fungi, but we do recognize the most common ones. Thanks for reaching out, Jeanclaude!
