Our Origins: 2 Cousins in Guadalajara, Mexico
We opened our first restaurant in a tiny 800 square foot location in 2011. We always wanted to open a business together and after many years of working in the industry we were able to get this started. We're passionate about gourmet burgers, supporting local farmers, small businesses and building a community.

Creating community is as important to us as preparing the best burgers. That's why we are expanding to the Williamsburg neighborhood in Brooklyn and bringing our burgers with us! We've done months of market research and found Williamsburg to be the ideal location for us to enter the U.S. market.
Whats makes our burgers sooo good?
We have a few "secrets" - for example, we wood fire our burgers, giving them a distinct & delicious flavor. We also use local ingredients and pride ourself on freshness and quality. Oh, and then there is the fry seasoning...
