After nearly a decade of helping small businesses integrate and automate their business processes we knew that if we could help our clients gain access to their most important data, data about how they spend their time, we could not only help them save more of it, but they could also use that data to make better decisions.

Time is the most important resource we have. pav*r gives you more of it.

We started Pav*r because we saw a need. We’ve spent nearly a decade helping small businesses integrate and automate their business processes using Google’s business tools like Google Calendar.

But time and again, we found ourselves trying to add more details to the calendar event to keep track of the important details for that particular meeting or event, or extract the information out of the calendar so we could use it to create reports like timesheets, mileage reports, or other documents that our business clients need.

Data duplication is the exact opposite of productivity and we knew that if we could help our clients gain access to their data we could not only help them save a ton of time, but they could use that data to make better decisions.

Sure, there are hundreds of other productivity apps on the market, but the problem with most is that they’re difficult to set up, can have a steep learning curve, and, because it takes time to form new habits, can easily be forgotten about in the chaos of your week.

But pav*r is different from all the productivity apps out there, because of its unique integration with your Google Calendar — a tool you’re already familiar with and use regularly. In less than 3 minutes, you can install the Pav*r add-on, connect it to your calendar, set up your preferences, and be on your way.

And when it comes time to create a report? Well, that’s just the click of a button too. And if you’ve ever felt like you worked all week but didn’t get anything done, Pav*r can show you exactly how and where you spent your time, so you can adjust accordingly.

When we launched our MVP as a Google Calendar add-on in the G Suite Marketplace, our goal was to obtain 200 pilot users to help us better understand how people used their calendars.

But within the first 90 days, we had more than 1,000 installs.

And by the end of month 5, we’ll surpass 4,000.

And pav*r users are just as excited as we are.

Pav*r is currently a free add-on in the Google Marketplace. However, as we begin to release new features and a dashboard that aggregates all of the data, a subscription model will be implemented that will require either a monthly or annual subscription for users to access the app.

Our go-to-market strategy is to reach our target customers through the channels where they consume information about how to become better at what they do. This includes sponsored content on the top industry blogs and podcasts, through outsourced PR & digital marketing, and a robust budget for targeted and retargeted digital ads.

The business and productivity app market is projected to be worth more than $96B by 2025 and Google Calendar is one of the most widely used calendars in the world, with more than 1 billion users and an SMB market of more than 25 million users.

Our users are primarily solopreneurs and small teams of 5-50. They’re relying on their calendars more than ever right now as teams are continuing to adjust to a remote working environment.

In fact, pav*r is more important now than it has ever been because our time is more limited than it has ever been. With kids going back to school, parents continuing to work from home, and the future of work being poised for more remote workers than ever before, pav*r is in a prime position to help people overcome these new time challenges.
