How will you use the money?

First I want to say, we're profitable today. So no one is investing in us to "keep the lights on". We're going to be using the money to ramp everything up and go faster. 1) Hiring: 2 engineers, sales lead, & a manufacturing specialist 2) Adding new packaging styles every week to add more options. These have a one time setup cost of $500-1000. 3) Ramping up customer acquisition now that we have the proper manufacturing in place.

How big is your immediate market beyond digital? What are some clients that you might cater to as you expand in lithography?

It's $85B in the US. This includes everything from corrugated boxes to plastics (Apple style plastic inserts, action figure molds, etc) to flexible packaging like the pouch bags we made for Soylent. Lithography/Flexography come into play as a matter of scale. As soon as any current (or new) client starts ordering over 1000 units, we'll switch over the manufacturing process to leverage litho or flexo because its more cost efficient. How do you manage government regulations for certain types of customers who need to comply with these types of retrictions or mandates?

You mentioned 18% margin in the video, is that gross margin, operating margin or net margin?

Gross margin. Its actually 20% now since we negotiated better rates with our manufacturers.

Do you offer high recycled-content and recyclable packages? If so, do you promote them, i.e. you point out that they're available? Do you offer those clam-shell atrocities?

We're going to offer recycled materials for all of our styles as an option to select. You mean the plastic clamshells used for retail packaging? Not today, but it something we're looking to add. Manufacturing process is a little harder for that but we have a plan.
