And that's just the beginning. If they do manage to hire someone, navigating cross-border payroll, compliance, payments, and equipment procurement is incredibly challenging and stressful.

So, what do companies do next? They look for local staffing agencies in other countries.

But here's the catch—it's a nightmare. Why? Because working with cross-border staffing companies is a total mess. There's zero transparency, making it incredibly frustrating.

Despite customers paying a decent amount, these agencies often underpay employees. This leads to high turnover rates and frequent job changes, which can significantly delay projects.

To make matters worse, they sometimes use pseudo candidates for interviews, only to replace them with someone else once the job begins.

That's why we're building an AI-powered tech platform to source, hire, and manage talents anywhere on earth. Our platform will revolutionize the way companies find and retain top talent globally, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and seamless integration into your teams.

Here's how it works: We source talent from different countries and invite them to join our platform. Once onboarded, they undergo personalized AI vetting tailored to their skill set and experience. (By the way, we're launching an AI interviewer in August that assesses tech skills, communication, and other hiring aspects.)

Upon qualification, they receive a certification valid for 2 years. We then match them with suitable job opportunities on our platform. Employers can browse profiles and request interviews directly through our platform. They can even outsource interviews to software engineers from companies like Google Meta.

Once a decision is made to hire, employers can manage payroll, compliance, benefits, and payments seamlessly with just one click.

We're not alone in solving this problem. Companies like Deel and Rippling focus on payroll and compliance, addressing part of the challenge. However, the real hurdle lies in sourcing talent, which remains time-consuming and frustrating.

On the other hand, platforms like Toptal and Turing offer talent options, but they operate more like traditional staffing agencies without providing payroll and compliance services. They have opaque engagement models, making the hiring process feel transactional and lacking in transparency and partnership, which we prioritize.

Here's the formula behind OWOW: We combine the best of Turing's global talent options and Deel's global payroll and compliance. Using GPT-4.0, we automate the entire process from sourcing to hiring, payroll, compliance, and procurement of equipment and benefits.

Additionally, you can outsource technical interviews through our platform. In a nutshell, we offer sourcing, hiring, and payroll compliance—all in one platform.

Here are the top three reasons OWOW outshines its competitors

Now is the right time to build this platform. Currently, 66% of companies allow remote working, with 16% fully remote. We firmly believe, and I'm sure you do too, that talent should not be limited by borders.

Our business model is straightforward: Clients have two options for hiring through our platform. They can hire directly on their payroll, where we charge 10% of the annual salary of the talent.

Alternatively, clients can choose to hire on OWOW's payroll. In this case, we charge 25% of the monthly salary of the talent. Additionally, there's a 25% gross profit charge on equipment procurement, insurance, and related services.

Furthermore, we offer an additional revenue stream that aligns with our vision. Companies can utilize our AI interviewer for talent vetting, paying us per interview. The specific costs for this service are yet to be determined.

Here are some impactful growth hacks we've implemented or plan to implement soon:

In just 2 months since launch, we've achieved a Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) of $9,599. We anticipate reaching cash flow positivity by July 2024

We've acquired 5 customers, and we're pleased that 2 of these customers came to us through referrals.

Recently we signed two customer in july, one customer is hiring 40 engineers through our platform, with 6 already offered positions. The average revenue per engineer is $5,000, making the total deal size $200,000 for 40 engineers.

Another customer is expected to add 5 engineers in the next 3 months, contributing an additional $20,000 in MRR.

These deal will significantly boost our top line.

Our first product version is live and actively generating revenue. By the end of August, we're launching our AI interviewer, which will significantly reduce time and improve the accuracy of our vetting process. This addition will create another revenue stream without compromising our vision.

We're raising $200K, with 60% allocated to product development to quadruple our speed, 30% for hiring 2 SDRs to enhance business development and sales efforts, as well as for marketing activities.

The remaining 10% will be used for other activities, including hiring a recruiter.
