Protect, Prove, and Monetize Your Creative Work — On Your Terms.

The internet has made it easier than ever to create and share — and just as easy to steal, impersonate, and manipulate.

Creators today are asked to pour their lives into their work without any built-in way to prove authorship, protect their originality, or monetize what they’ve made without giving up control to platforms. Even tools like AI are now being trained on their content — without consent or compensation.

OriginVault exists to give creators that power back.

We’re building the trust layer for the internet — a platform where anyone can prove who they are, what they created, and how it should be used. We combine decentralized identity (DID), verifiable credentials, and C2PA content authenticity to deliver something creators have never had before: proof, protection, and ownership in a system they control.

And we’re making it simple.

No blockchain knowledge needed. No wallet setup. Just a clean, intuitive “vault” where creators can verify themselves, connect their socials, upload content, set rules, and publish with confidence.

Check out a demo of our work!

We’ve built an early version of OriginVault’s embedded verification experience, live now at originvault.io.

When you hover over the image, you’ll see the OriginVault logo appear in the bottom right corner. Clicking the logo opens a trusted content card, powered by decentralized identity infrastructure from Cheqd, providing verifiable information about the creator and the content.

This simple interaction previews how OriginVault will make content authenticity seamless, portable, and creator-controlled across the web. From this we can build payment gates and allow creators to benefit from them sharing their data and having it verified in real-time rather than big social companies extracting all value from them.

OriginVault uses OV Credits — simple, prepaid tokens that power everything from publishing content to verifying your identity.

To make this work seamlessly across borders, we support a Polygon-based token contract that abstracts payments inside OriginVault. Users can purchase OV Credits using fiat, crypto, or local stablecoins through our supported providers — offering flexibility without friction.

When users join, we generate an Ethereum-based wallet to serve as a secure, OV-managed inbox for their credits. For those who want full control, we’ll provide a recovery phrase so they can import their wallet into MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or any other compatible manager.

Once verified (via social trust or ID), creators can:

  • Claim their own vault (e.g. username.originvault.me) and Cheqd-based decentralized identity using 10 OV Credits
  • Publish content with embedded verification and access controls for just 1 OV Credit per post
  • Set monetization and verification policies, like requiring a credit to view, verify, or subscribe

Credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable, and used only within OriginVault. They’re designed for utility, not speculation — giving creators a simple, sustainable way to prove, protect, and monetize their work without relying on extractive platforms or unstable pricing models.

We plan to extend these micro-payments to empower the user's and their content with pay or verification walls to view content, payments for status checks on content authenticity and subscriptions directly to the creator to view their content without the blockers. This is the very first use case of how we can start to generate passive revenue for content creators the publish through OriginVault.

Once our userbase has amassed enough data to create pools of like-content, we can allow for the purchasing of data from pools users have opted into which can open up the marketplace to AI and Ad companies who need verifiable data and user-content. This will create additional avenues of revenue for creators using OriginVault.

We’re not just building this in theory. We’ve already partnered with some of the most important players in the space:

  • 🛡️ Cheqd – powering our decentralized identity and DID-linked resources with payment-gated verifiability
  • 🔐 Verida – enabling secure user-owned storage for identity and metadata
  • 🧠 Human Passport – offering social trust scoring and Web3-native identity onboarding
  • 🖼️ Adobe (C2PA) – collaborating on content authenticity standards

OriginVault is launching publicly in July 2025, and this raise will take us there.

We’re raising in this round, not from traditional VCs, but from people who believe in the future we’re building — creators, angels, and mission-aligned supporters who want to be part of reshaping how trust works online.

Your investment will fund:

  • Final product development and security hardening
  • Core vault publishing features and monetization tools
  • Identity infrastructure across namespaces
  • Creator onboarding, education, and launch partnerships

This is early — and that’s the opportunity.

We’re inviting people in before the first wave of creators ever publish on OriginVault. The protocols are ready. The partners are in place. And the need has never been more urgent.

If you believe that creators deserve to own their identity, protect their work, and control how it's used — join us.

We're not just launching a platform. We're launching a movement into a more trustworthy, private and user-centric future.
