Thanks for your question! We will not be generating and filing K-1s for investors. We will be issuing W9s and W8BENs for investors to complete and sign instead, and these forms do not need to be generated and filed each year.

Hey Felix! For every new token you receive in an Algorand wallet, you must confirm that you want to receive the token, and this confirmation costs this tiny amount of ALGO. Initially, we would be paying everyone in OPUL, and the price you would get for the token would be calculated at the withdrawal time. We are also considering changing it to USDC to make it easier for the investor.
