Hi Alexandros, Thank you for your interest in OnSky Health. SkyPad has 2 modes: Normal mode (default) and Pillow mode. In Normal mode, it will sense and select the closest person to the Pad. If the user is in bed alone, the Pad can be 3 feet away and still be able to sense vitals accurately.
