3. 2028 and beyond — Five full assembly factories across Africa. Senegal, Benin, Ivory Coast, and Cameroon are the first four targets, with a fifth slated for another major ECOWAS market. Each factory employs a local workforce not just in manufacturing, but in sales and service networks built around it — turning each plant into a regional industrial node, not just a production line.

ECOWAS — fifteen West African countries, 400 million people — needs roughly 1.9 million new vehicles annually.

Most of that demand goes unmet or is met badly by aging used imports. ⚠️ Honest About Risk

We're building a vehicle company in West Africa with a $5M readiness round. That's an unusual undertaking and we want to be straight with you about what could go wrong.

1. Execution risk — Completing crash testing, certifications, and DFC documentation on schedule is non-trivial. Delays in any one workstream compress the timeline to the next round.
2. Currency and political risk — Operating in Senegal exposes the business to foreign exchange variability and policy change. We mitigate by holding the parent entity, IP, and investor structure at the U.S. level (OMI) and through long-cultivated government relationships — but neither risk goes to zero.
3. Demand timing risk — Our 5,600 pre-orders are institutional commitments, not signed binding contracts with deposits attached. Collecting deposits before production exists would irreversibly damage our credibility in this market. If commercialization slips meaningfully, some of that demand could erode.
4. Next-round risk — This $5M is designed to make the $15–$25M commercialization round financeable. If that subsequent round proves slower or harder than expected, the bridge between rounds gets longer.
