Started Two Pans at a Time in Mom's Kitchen

When Co-Founder Lynn was raising her kids, she would not allow them to have potato chips and closely monitored our sugar and salt intake. They were, however, allowed to have pretzels because that is considered a better-for-you snack.

So, she started making Garlic seasoned sourdough pretzel nuggets for after school snacks. Then, they became a staple at family parties and other events; over the years people started asking where they could buy them. Though they didn't yet have a name, OMG! Pretzels was born, two pans at a time in Lynn's kitchen in Plymouth Meeting, Pretzelvania.

Fast forward to 2022, Stephanie (the oldest of Lynn's 4 kids) took over as CEO and led the charge to update and expand the brand. In 2023, OMG! Pretzels released gorgeous new foil packaging and an elevated taste - thanks to premium ingredients and carefully-crafted recipes - and crunch. Now, we are poised to take over the pretzel category.

Thanks to our elevated flavors and gorgeous packaging, we've recently secured deals with several large distributors and launched in new retailers across the country, including:

We continue to innovate! Our Lemon Pepper variety won two awards in 2024 - Silver in the C-Stores Hot New Products and a finalist in the Most Innovative New Products Award at the Sweets & Snacks Expo. This is a huge accomplishment for our up-and-coming brand since we placed alongside snack industry giants Doritos, Planters Nuts, and SkinnyPop. 

And, our 3-ounce grab-and-go bags hit stores in Q4, already driving additional growth and revenue.

We will use the funds we raise to fuel our retail growth and increase revenue. Our primary areas of investment are:

• Trade Spend for free fills, BOGOs, ongoing promotions
• Sales & Marketing for influencers and affiliates; sampling and product trials; e-commerce/website optimization; PR and advertising
• Manufacturing of inventory, onboard 2nd copacker
• Operation funds for team expansion
