NYCE set a historical milestone in December, 2022 when TEMPLE I became the FIRST successful Reg. CF investor exit for real estate. The stock jumped by 150% shortly after.

NYCE was approached by BSTX, a new ICE-owned stock exchange, to be its flagship IPO to compete with Nasdaq’s small cap exchange. (See attachment.)
Due to fiscal policy in March 2022 to tame inflation and uncertainty around the US Dollar, we will keep our assets in real estate until there’s greater clarity around the economy.
Our exit strategy remains to pursue an IPO once the market recovers, merge with a strategic partner in furtherance of the mission, or trade on the NYCE Trading Portal (like TEMPLE I).
