OWN A PART OF WHAT COMES NEXT.
Ever dreamed of owning part of a sports team, league, or brand? NXTGENCO is making that opportunity accessible, with planned investments starting at just $100.
WE BRING THE ACTION. THE COMMUNITY TURNS UP, COMPETES, AND CO-OWNS.
We are building a national series of community racing festivals, bringing the excitement of racing into the heart of American towns.
Local people become the racers. Local businesses become the teams and partners. Fans have the opportunity to become co-owners of NXTGENCO, the company building the series.
RACING YOU CAN AFFORD.
Cost keeps too many people from taking part in sports. Buying equipment, finding somewhere to compete, and paying to participate can put the dream out of reach.
Our Arrive & Drive model makes racing accessible: we provide the equipment, safety gear, and event operations. You simply turn up and race. No expensive gear – no licenses, no parking and gas costs.
Affordable entries and opportunities supported by community teams and partners allow people to participate for little or no money. Young or old, first-timer or experienced competitor, there is a place to join the action.
FREE TO ATTEND. BUILT FOR THE COMMUNITY.
Every event is completely free to attend. Families, friends, and neighbors can come together without the cost of admission—helping attract crowds and create an exciting racing atmosphere.
We bring racing into town centers, close to the people and businesses that make each community special. The action becomes part of the town, and the town becomes part of the event.
LOCAL PRIDE. NATIONAL GLORY.
Our first event; Granbury Grand Prix is planned for November 7–8, 2026, in Granbury, Texas.
From there, we plan to grow a series of returning annual events, building lasting relationships with each host community. Racers across the country will have a pathway to compete for hometown pride, regional titles, and glory at a national championship finale each December.
Our ambition is to build this over years: more towns, more racers, and more opportunities to compete and belong.
THE ACTION BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE.
An investment in NXTGENCO is an opportunity to own part of the wider business as we build the series—not just support a single racing weekend.
We bring the action to the people, for the people.
WE ARE COMMUNITY.

THE COMMUNITY FUND-RAISE.
NXTGENCO’s proposed WeFunder community offering gives investors the opportunity to become co-owners with an investment starting at $100.
The standard offering is for $124,000 priced at $1 per unit, based on a $7 million pre-money valuation—the value of the company before the new investment.
The first $50,000 invested qualifies for early-investor terms based on a lower $5.25 million pre-money valuation, giving those investors more ownership for the same investment.
WeFunder VIP investors can access these preferred terms throughout the raise.
WHY OUR TURNKEY BUSINESS MODEL DRIVES PROFITABILITY AND SUSTAINABILITY.
NXTGENCO operates a 100% turnkey event business. Our team brings the tents, support equipment, racing equipment, safety gear, venue signage and track branding needed to deliver each event. The equipment has already been acquired and is reused across the regional schedule, spreading the benefit of that investment over multiple events.
We build temporary racetracks in car parks, parking lots, town squares, parks and other suitable community spaces in towns accustomed to closing these areas for festivals and special events. This brings the action into the heart of each community without the expensive infrastructure build-out associated with a permanent racing venue. A repeatable setup and touring operation keep regional delivery costs low and relatively stable.
Local businesses participate as teams and become part of the event marketing. They have a reason to promote their participation to customers, employees and their own networks, building awareness and local pride. Community members who race also bring friends, families, supporters and colleagues to cheer them on. Together, these networks help grow attendance and give participating businesses a direct connection to the audience.
Free admission makes it easy for the wider community to join in, creating a distinctive festival built around local participation, competition and collaboration. Reusable equipment and low infrastructure costs support the event margin, while business teams and community racers help expand its reach. As revenue grows, much of the additional income can contribute to profitability because the core regional delivery costs remain relatively stable.
For owners and investors, this model creates the opportunity to participate in a business designed to scale organically. With the equipment already acquired and a repeatable event operation in place, additional events can be funded from operating income rather than further capital investment. Ownership is therefore connected to a business whose growth is driven by community participation, local business partnerships and the profitable reuse of its existing assets.
