Hi Eric, Nice to hear from you. We do our regular investor updates at the very least once every quarter (minimum four times a year), but more typically once every two months. As part of the Wefunder campaign we will be posting weekly updates on this page. What happened in May & June to cause your revenues to decline?

Hi Gabriel! We currently make a large part of our revenue through partnerships with schools and school districts. During the summer months almost all schools are on vacation and do not make any purchasing decisions, so school sales go down in May, June, and July. Can you provide more detail on the unit economics related to schools and licenses? Specifically, what are the customer acquisition costs (CAC) and expected lifetime value (LTV) for institutional clients?

Hi Tony, our average license sold since January '24 has been a 6 month license for roughly 100 students at $3.6k. We are just starting of, but are so far estimating repeatability at minimum 2 years, bringing the institutional LTV to $14.4K. This may increase with time.
