There was a line in the reasons to invest regarding the waterfall structure and being a 'preferred' investor. Can you provide more details relating to the profit sharing for 'preferred' investors?

An investor receives a 8% preferred equity in this round. So, basically, from a waterfall model perspective, an investor will receive his/her/their initial investment amount and a 8% cumulative return first, before any other common investor receives a return. The 300+acquisitions is the past record of the team collectively, including the advisory board. There have been no distributions so far. We expect to make distributions starting with preferred per the waterfall model from year 3 onwards
