Our mission has always been to build the infrastructure for the future of non-invasive neurotechnology. Moving from raw signal processing to scalable B2B and B2C products requires careful execution across hardware, software, and regulatory milestones.

Here is a look at what we are building over the next 12 to 18 months:

Phase 1: B2B Expansion & App Foundation

Q3 2026

1. B2B Infrastructure: Scaling our exit exam software and EEG data tagging pipelines for rehab centers and elite sports organizations.
2. TremorTone App Launch: Finalizing beta testing and initiating the subscription-based rollout of our specialized voice monitoring application.
3. Data Standardization: Aligning our wearable data and metadata pipelines with federal data-archiving standards to support upcoming research initiatives.

Phase 2: Next-Gen Electrode & Advanced Analytics

Q4 2026 / Q1 2027

1. Proprietary Hardware: Manufacturing optimization for our non-invasive, high-signal-to-noise neuroplastic electrode arrays.
2. The NFI Engine: Deploying the full integration of the Neuroplastic Fitness Index (NFI) into our B2C headband ecosystem to give users real-time, objective neuroplasticity tracking.
3. Patent-Pending algorithm for FDA approval pathways and regulatory infrastructure. Peer reviewed publications, Academic partnerships.

Phase 3: Clinical Validation & High-Performance Scaling

Q2 2027+

1. Clinical Trials & Grants: Advancing our research pipelines for targeted neuroplastic labs and deep brain-computer interface (BCI) applications.
2. Military & Veteran Outreach: Establishing strategic footprints for clinical contracts (targeting major military medical hubs like San Antonio).
3. Sports Analytics Expansion: Rolling out dedicated assessment contracts for professional athletic teams and combat sports organizations looking to optimize cognitive-motor recovery.
