We invested in Rentberry for a number of reasons- but first and foremost is because they’re going to change the world when it comes to- long term rentals.  At some point in everyone’s life they have dealt with the headache of finding a place to rent.  Not only finding a place, but not knowing if you would get selected, if you were throwing your money away on an application fee and all the other factors that go into the crazy process. Oleksiy and his team have thought of everything!  From giving potential tenants the opportunity to see how many others are bidding on the same property, as well as giving them ability to name their price to land their desired unit.  We also love the fact that the platform engagement doesn’t end after the finalization of the contract- but the Landlord and Tenant can communicate with Rentberry- through the length of the contract.  The user can make payments, request maintenance work to be completed and all the tenant history can follow them to their next location.
