There is no liquidity event that mandates the conversion of preferred shares to common. How would you rate your competition with such as Virility Medical and others?

There have been multiple attempts to treat premature ejaculation (PE) through a variety of methods to include physiological/behavioral counseling, drug treatment, topical local anesthetics, cryoablation and radio frequency. To date there is no chemical-free wearable product option available to consumers. We are aware of Virility Medical and look forward to another company helping to drive awareness of PE. Our patch would be considered a class II device and would be considered a 510k submission. We had a very positive pre-sub meeting with the FDA earlier this year. We have a clear path to FDA clearance and know what testing and data is needed for submission.
