The bigger idea: why getting in now matters

Round 1 (this raise) puts solar-powered locker stations on beach parking lots: one leased space per lot, exclusive 5-10 year agreements, ~$34K profit per box per year at scale.

Round 2 turns the network into a platform — and raises the valuation:

  1. Airbnb-style gear rental in our app. Storage customers list their chairs, umbrellas, and boards; beachgoers rent them by the day. We take a cut of every rental.
  2. Built-in vending. Towel rental and sales, sunscreen, drinks — straight from the box. High-margin recurring revenue on top of storage.
  3. Franchising. Owner-operators run their boxes and handle maintenance, stocking, and towel service. The network scales without headcount.
  4. The exit path. A proven, franchised beach-storage network is an acquisition target for national storage operators.

Investing in Round 1 means owning the upside before version 2 hits and the raise goes up.
