A technologist, I had worked on software and video games for 20+ years. Looking to invest in life-changing products that change the world.

My post apocalyptic survival skill is...
An avid fisherman and outdoorsman, I can hunt and fish and cook a mean ceviche and gravilax. Think easy, few ingredients, fast, and tasty.
My biggest challenge...
Focusing, because my interests/passions are so broad - from food to advertising to astronomy and a crystal ball future.
I want to invest in...
Promising Consumer products/technology (mobile/cross-platform games/apps, fin tech, blockchain) and the Infrastructure (software/services/people) that enable them
I can be most helpful at...
I have advised and worked for early- to mid-stage to late-stage private technology companies - for example Digitate, Dabkick, PubMatic - and public media companies like EA and Yahoo. Happy to advise promising founders and startups on branding, fundraising, and growth hacking on a shoestring startup budget.
I think we can fix America by...
1. Abolishing archaic political construct like the electoral college; 2. Requiring an AMT for corporations to re-invest in Education, Career Retraining, and sensible minimum wage, that varies geographically based on cost of living; 3. Mandating 100% transparency of ALL government employees and disclosure of tax returns; 4. Subjecting all public servants to a 6-month probation. If an average corporate employee has clear scorecards and MBOs, why not the President, VP, Secretary of State, Superintendant of Education? You get the idea...
My most influential mentor is...
I don't have one; I have 3. The late Dr Wayne Dyer (for his ability to survive/thrive), Ang Lee (who played Mr. Dad for 9 years before succeeding as a director) and Abraham Lincoln.

Wefunder Portal LLC

Wefunder Advisors LLC

Curious how well the companies have done? Or how many raised follow-on financing?
Some fine print: 1) These numbers include startups currently live on Wefunder if they pass their minimum target. 2) Some startups use two different laws at the same time (i.e., Regulation D and Regulation Crowdfunding).
