That’s why I created Melanin Foodie.

I wanted to build a space where finding a place to eat felt like more than just clicking a star rating — where food discovery could be immersive, intentional, and full of flavor in every sense of the word.

Today, Melanin Foodie is live and growing. We’re helping users explore restaurants, read real reviews, attend curated events, and celebrate the culture behind every dish. We’re not just listing places — we’re telling stories.

And now, we’re raising to bring this platform into its next chapter.
