Derrik, Thank you for your question and I completely agree with you! The Megaphone app on its own is free. We are a "freemium" product with an overwhelming majority of the features being free to use and we expect a majority of our users to not ever pay. How do you guys have an expense of 3k a month while having 4 people working? and then suddenly the expense go to 125k a month after raising additional capital? How can you know you will be able to raise 1m? What happens if you don't?

Minh, We are not paying ourselves yet, it's all sweat equity. The expenses go up in order to pay engineers and sales people. I don't think anyone on this platform knows for certain how much they will raise in total. However, given conversations we've had with potential investors, it is a reasonable goal. Sreekanth, Thank you for your questions. 1. no, the app isn't built yet. 2. the app will be mobile and the dashboard is web based. 3. Nate built out (among many other things) several demos of parts of the app and a working beta of the dashboard. 4. Overall it'll be a hybrid blockchain. Hope that answers your questions.
