Hi Max...thanks for reaching out. Mealthy and MVP are separate entities and exist separately. MVP just owns the shares of Mealthy. Nothing has changed with the original Reg CF investors, their investment is helping build Mealthy into a bigger company. This round doesnt affect those original investors at all, but what it does do is get Mealthy one step closer to the point where those original investors can see a return on their investment.

The MVP shares do not help Mealthy grow and without Mealthy the MVP shares will be worth nothing. Investing Mealthy directly will help Mealthy launch new products and grow the business that will in turn make MVP more valuable.
