How do your daily active user and monthly active user numbers compare?

Accepted Answer

In beta, about 20% of our monthly active user base interacted with the platform (made a post, like, comment, etc.) daily. Keep in mind, though, that these metrics are from beta and may change once we officially launch. It's worth commenting here that our beta testers are all organically sourced and have not been paid to interact with or test the platform.

Regarding App Retention: How many Daily Active Users did you lose within the first 3 days of install?

Accepted Answer

Because we are in beta on Apple TestFlight, we do not have the data traditionally used to answer this question. However, we do know that 43% of our new users who have posted at least once continue to post throughout the weeks following account creation. In addition, we are proud to say we have had zero account deletions since the start of beta.

I love the content on Mammalz! However, the image delivery takes away from the experience. What are ways you’ll improve the vertical viewing experience on mobile and remove the black boarders?

Accepted Answer

We love the content, too! In beta, we simplified our user interface by establishing a 16x9 preview window for all posts. Originally, the post content would stretch to fit that window (think Twitter). After a community vote, we switched content "stretch" to "fit", hence the black bars. We plan on implementing a dynamic content preview window like you would see on Facebook once we officially launch.

Charities, non-profits, and other boots-on-the-ground organizations are key partners for us in achieving our mission. We have a couple of ways we help our users directly support those groups, all of whom can have their own Mammalz accounts just like any other user: 1) These groups can apply for partnership status with Mammalz, enabling them to receive our tipping currency, Seeds, from their fans and followers; 2) Content creators can opt-in to monthly events that will funnel the tips and chan...

Will there ever be an option to invest at a lower level? Fractional shares perhaps? I'd love to be a part but $1,000 is not in my wheelhouse right at the moment. :-)
