Why a SAFE agreement and not straight equity? SAFE's have very little assurances to the investor that an equity conversion will actually take place.

Hi Barnaby, we already went through a straight equity deal at the initial funding phase. We are now seeing important growth and think it's better for everyone to delay the valuation of the company. That being said, I can assure you that the conversion will take place as I am fully dedicated. I have never let a project down in my life and it's not about to happen anytime soon!

Hi Alexzy, thanks for your question. Between now and next summer we will release a sparkling Marcel rose in October, and Petit Marcel, which will actually be slightly bubbly. We are considering a red and/or a white for the end of 2018. Currently, we do not have any brand ambassadors.
