Matteo Fransceschetti

Matteo is the Co-Founder and CEO of Luna, a proprietary technology reinventing the way people sleep. Luna is a YCombinator company, and also graduated from Stanford’s StartX program.

Prior to Luna, Matteo co-founded and led two clean-tech companies - Global Investment Renewable and Global Investment - managing their expansion in the U.S. and Europe as well as the development of joint ventures across South Africa and Latin America. The companies were acquired in 2014 and 2012, respectively.

Matteo is a Co-Chair at FWD.us and has been a Mentor at Techstars, Microsoft Bizpark and the NYU Summer Launchpad Program. He continues to actively mentor and invest in early stage startups in the tech space.

Matteo graduated magna cum laude with a Law degree from the University of Ferrara, and was a member of the Italian Bar Association while working as a lawyer in the finance practice of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Allen & Overy, both part of the Magic Circle of British's elite law firms.

Alexandra Zatarin

Alexandra was previously a Public Relations Coordinator and Associate at CAIS, a New York based financial technology company. She has also worked within different industries in New York, Miami and Mexico, at both for-profit and non-profit organizations where she has developed and produced successful national and international events and marketing campaigns.

In 2012 she took her first leap into the New York tech environment by co-founding the mobile marketing company MOWA, which was acquired a few months later. She then explored opportunities in the 3D-printing space, prototyping and selling jewelry pieces under the Mia brand.

Alexandra completed a year-long program at the University of Miami's School of Communication, specializing in Public Relations and attended the Summer Honors Institute at Georgetown University. She graduated cum laude from Tecnologico de Monterrey, with an international B.S. in Communication Sciences.
