You're nearly 1M in debt and its growing year over year. Why is this and how do you plan on becoming profitable?

Tal, good afternoon. The debt outstanding is $250,000, the details are listed on the bottom of the landing page. The interest is paid monthly and is current. We plan on paying down the majority of the loan with this raise. We plan on being profitable by Q4 2021 with an increase in our sales volume and the launch of our new products that will have higher profit margins.

Michael, the increase in cost of goods from 18' to 19' is attributed to onetime items such as minimum order quantities, as well as the increase in both raw materials, packaging and manufacturing. You are correct, this will flatten and decrease due to efficiencies and improvements in manufacturing and scale.
