Where will you be in 5 years?

LeanMed has developed a product roadmap that includes a number of medical products to serve rural hospitals and health centers. As part of the roadmap we will leverage Solar & Internet-of-Things technologies and procure strategic licensing agreements from larger medtech companies. In five years the roadmap has us building and selling millions of dollars of medical products to thousands of customers.

What are your revenue and margin projections?

We're projecting revenues to be at a $30M/yr run rate by 2026 with 50% margins and an EBITDA of 11%. This includes sufficient R&D funding to support the development of a series of medical products that will address the most urgent healthcare problems in low-to-middle-income countries.

How are you protecting your IPs?

That's a good question Omar. LeanMed is not a research company, we are an product innovation company. That means we will identify existing IP, primarily in the high income nations, and license that IP to solve LMIC healthcare problems. Our global agreement with Philips to manufacture and sell the UltraFill technology is a good example of this.

Mark, As an interested investor, why do you believe you're getting little traction in this round?

Hi Michael, Thanks for taking an interest in LeanMed. I think the traction will come this month and next as we go live with a number of pilot projects, complete the engineering work at Pitt (with $50,000 of grant money) and start the design and build of the first commercial O2 Cubes.
