Hi Raymond, I just uploaded the deck. In terms of dividends, Kingmakers Ops is currently raising under a SAFE note. Once that safe note converts into a security, we do expect to pay a dividend to investors.

Hi Raymond, in that scenario, we would distribute a pro-rata amount of the acquisition value to shareholders of Kingmakers Ops (based on the fair-market value of Kingmakers Ops).

Deven - I also like Kingmakers Inc. I've been watching the company for almost a year; I've been unable to invest because i'm non-accredited. Can you please consider a Reg A+ offering for Kingmakers Inc. so that I can support this effort also?

Hi Raymond. We aren't planning a Reg A+ for Kingmakers Inc at the time - as we're not eligible for one under the current regulations. Really do appreciate the interest and we'll keep trying to open up new ways for non-accredited investors to participate.

Thanks for the question Scott. Kingmakers Inc. is registered as an investment fund. Because of this, only accredited investors are allowed to invest in the parent company. We wish we could change the rules here, but we did the best we could to accomodate non-accredited investors by carving out Kingmakers Ops.
