Does Kindora work with government grants?

Yes, but only in the U.S. right now. Federal plus 40 state and territory sources, refreshed daily. Open right now: 1,541, made up of 678 federal, 863 state, and 1,435 of them nonprofit-eligible. Open means posted and still accepting applications, not just a deadline that hasn't passed.

I think I understand the SAFE, but am not sure after reading your papers a couple of times. Key questions for me is how my $ become shares. For example, if I were to invest $10k would I end up with 0.1% of Kindora once the investment round is done?

Yes. $10,000 at the $10M cap is 0.1%. In simple terms, you put in a chunk of change, it gets you a share of the business in proportion to $10 million, plus a bonus of revenue if we get past $1M a year. The share is fixed the day you sign. Nobody else in this round changes it. A future priced round would. And if we're ever priced below $10M, you get more shares, not fewer. The bonus is separate. Past $1M a year, 3% of revenue goes out quarterly until the pool has been paid back one and a half ...
