Hi Lucas, Thank you for your question and your sincere interest in investing in Kickit! The note converts into common membership units. We only have one class of units in our LLC so there is no preferential treatment between units. At the moment we plan to remain an LLC, but we are considering converting into a C-Corp as we bring on employees so we can provide stock options to vest ownership in the company.
