I've noticed the current pre-money valuation at $148 million with a share price of $5.00. In my previous investment, the share price was $4.00, and the valuation stood at $58 million. Could you please clarify if there has been a stock split that I might have overlooked? Your clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Not a stock split. We've hired more people, more VCs are now invested, and equity was distributed to refresh some of my earlier employees to keep them motivated. Also, all the previous convertible notes *before* your round had to convert into equity too. It wasn't just the $8M into the $60M valuation. It was the $4M worth of notes from the rounds in the 4 years prior to that which had to convert into equity that same round but at lower valuation caps (which means they were multiplied higher).
I just got cancelled even though I invested way before the 1.07m limit. I can truly say at this point that I give Wefunder a 1 star having invested in lots of platforms. Most platforms put verify in real time and put people on waiting list if they have a concern that the money will not be accepted but not so with Wefunder. It keeps your money for over 7months and then cancels thereby making the investor to miss out on other opportunities elsewhere. I invested on July 22nd when on this platform, and then got an email a month later about crossing the 1.07 mark and their decision to move Reg D across. Only to get an email this morning that I have been cancelled. I probably will wait another 1 to 2 months before the amount is refunded. Truly offended by Wefunder, one of the first platforms in Crowdfunding that should be doing better than most but apparently is the worst. Any explanation why you shouldn't be doing better than most?

Hi, sorry your investment was canceled. The campaign opened on July 17th and filled up the $1.07M limit within 4hours, so you were waitlisted. Unfortunately, there just wasn't enough room in the round, so Immersed likely will raise another round soon. Stay tuned!I also asked why WeFunder held onto everyone's money for so long and then canceled. Turns out it was a bug in their system that now has been fixed. Please contact support@wefunder.com if you have any other questions on that front.
What is the max limit for an investment on WeFunder? I also angel invest. Can I invest directly instead of on this platform?

I believe it depends on your income. Wefunder's FAQs page mentions some of this.

It might be another 5 to 10 years before VR is ubiquitous. This will be niche for a fairly small amount of people and you’ll burn through a lot of cash in the meantime. How do you plan to counter this issue? I happen to have an Oculus Quest but a lot of people I know don’t. Think, this is potential your largest problem, not the technology aspects.

I disagree. See the answer here wefunder.com/comments/98448

What valuation and terms did Pat gelsinger invest at? Was it the same as this round? How much did he invest?

Same as the previous round. $250k.
Congratulation Renji and the team on releasing Curator!! This will be my third time investing Immersed!! As an investor, I want to take a moment to commend your incredible work in pushing the boundaries of immersive technology. The future of AI-driven tools, like the AI Curator, is extremely promising, and I’m incredibly bullish. Keep believing in the mission and pushing forward!! I would also encourage to clarify some of the concern from investor regarding Visor performance and be transparent...

Hi Birun, thanks for the encouragement and support! We are a bit caught in the middle between what the public wants vs our tech partners who own some of the IP. We have done what we can to stretch them to share more, but there are just some business matters that they, at their level, can't overturn (I'm sure you're aware of what I mean). However, we will continue to truck forward towards production and make sure customers are satisfied. Thanks again for the support!
Renji, I know I said I was up for a double up, don't hold it against me but I thought about it and decided a triple was more in line with your path forward. Might even push a bit farther after the 28th. Looking forward to it.

Now that the blank check SPAC deal is terminated, will ya'll issue a press release on future plans/cash runway life?

Thanks for the answer Renji. Given that essentially the number of shares issued have almost tripled since the Wefunder round but with marginal SP uplift and the fact this is the first we are hearing about this, please share the terms that were offered to the VC’s you mention and who they are.

They're also in at $150M.

Renji - I’m not talking about the current round of investment, I’m specifically asking about the details behind the near 2.5X new shares that have been issued since the Wefunder round in 2021 which has keep the share price almost flat even though the company valuation has risen from $60M to $150M. Who were these shares issued to and at what price. If I’m correct there has been no communication over the past 2 years about this huge volume of shares being issued hence why I’m asking these questions. Thank you!
