Hi Rob. You are correct. Since we created the competition slide (with a time stamp on the bottom left), dayuse got funded and was able to dramatically improve their tech. This being said, we have plenty of ideas on how we can stay top dog in the USA market and I would be happy to chat on the phone with you to announce a couple of them. May I know if you pitched to any VCs? What are your plans for Series A funding round?

We believe we will be ready for Series A when our technology will be sharper and when the demand will grow to about twice the current size. Expecting to be there within 24 months.

Do you intend to pay a dividend?

No. Excess funds are constantly reinvested in tech improvements, marketing & strengthening the team. Your potential investment will reap greater rewards this way.

Could you please explain why the growth rate in bookings has dramatically slowed since Q4 2017

yes. our well funded competitor is throwing the kitchen sink at us in keyword conversions. It hit us momentarily, but we found ways to brake the barrier and now are back to growing, at more efficient Customer Acquisition Costs than before, and hence feeling now comfortable enough with our model to confidently crowdfund.
