To give some further detail, the Central US Fund was submitted and we have received our first round of questions back from the SEC. Hi I understando that with my investment I am getting preferred stocks that also give dividends, is that correct?

Hi Jose, The Company is an LLC. We have no debt for the Company, and this raise is offering equity in the Company. At this stage there is no layer of preferred equity. The equity/shares receives a dividend based on the profit for the Company, each share receiving it's proportion of profit. We are forecasting the Company can be profitable in 21-24 months.
