Honest Jobs is righting a big wrong: the stigma faced job applicants with criminal records. It's a tragedy for the applicants, and a loss for an economy that needs their talent and energy. By providing tools to fair-chance employers with job postings as well as the renowned re-entry resources it supplies to corrections departments and non-profits, Honest Jobs is effectively re-shaping the job market for fair-chance hiring.
