Hi Robert, Thanks for becoming a shareholder. We will use all the proceeds from selling shares for making the site better. That being said we have talked to Funko and other companies about exclusive products and did a few so far. As a Shareholder we would make sure you get to see them first and at discounted rates.

Are there plans for a decent working app? Also how will this work with ppg?

We started with the marketplace (easiest as there was none), have now replaced the pricing allocation system (which you cannot see unless you are a price squad volunteer), the display of the price grid and now need to work on a list builder (something much more flexible allowing you to build any type of list versus just your Top 10) and some smaller improvements to the cur...

Hi Mattan,Thanks for the kind words. Shareholder means you own part of the company (how much depends on how much you invest). If we sell the company you get your pro-rata of the sales price. That being said we would prefer to become the epi-centre of the collectible world and stay independent paying dividends to our shareholders, again pro-rata to your ownership percentage of the company. We hope that our most loyal users become shareholders.

How many shares does the minimum investment grant a share holder?

Thanks for your interest. It is $1.10 per share so the minimum of $220 would make you the proud owner of 200 shares.
