Hi Kevin, thank you for your question and for your interest in HITMKR. We don’t plan to take on DSP distribution in the near future. Our focus is on direct-to-fan (D2C) tools and experiences, and we intend to partner with distribution companies that already have the infrastructure and expertise to handle DSP delivery. What is the exit plan (acquisition, IPO, merger, etc.) in which investors will be able to see a ROI?

This is a long term play for us. We want to build a company that can be truly entrenched in the independent artists ecosystem. Ideally it would be an IPO and by that time, HITMKR would be a product underneath an umbrella of a suite of products. If there is an acquisition opportunity, we would want to sell to an owner that aligns with our value and isn't part of the 3 major labels.
