Market Trends
Consumers from all generations, but especially Gen-Z and Millenials, are now looking for healthier and "better-for-you" aka BFY options in beverages and especially in liquor. Being that the "healthier options" in liquor are almost none, as traditional liquor is acidic and therefore is an oxidant on the body which causes many metabolic dysfunctions, many are now turning to non-alcoholic (N/A) spirits and beer or just going full sober and that market trend is growing rapidly. BOTTLED SPIRITS
Low proof, high pH flavored alkaline vodka and gin with added benefits such as electrolytes, antioxidants, Titan Sweet natural monk fruit based sweetener, and Vitamin C. The current flavors we have developed in our alkaline vodka line are Watermelontini, Mangotini, Cosmo, Dirty Shirley, Citronicity, and Blue Lotus. We also have a Cotton Candy alkaline gin. The flavor potential is unlimited and through our "AlcoGenesis" process, we can infuse actual flowers, plants, herbs, woods or any ingredient that we choose.
NITRO HARD SELTZERS
Carbonation kills alkalinity but nitrogen works beautifully, plus it's more delicious, crisp and rich. The current flavors that will be offered in future 12 packs will be the Mangotini Nitro, Watermelontini Nitro, Cosmo Nitro and the Dirty Shirley Nitro.
BEER
We have been very successful in creating and formulating the 1st ever alkaline Nitrogen infused “NITRO BEER”.

HIGH VIBE has some distinct advantages over many other start-ups in regards to marketing. Through our research we have seen other celebrity-owned or backed liquor brands launch. Some of these celebrities are former musicians, actors or athletes and respectfully, they are successful and are all well-known within their circle and/or were relevant during a past time. With that said, many are recognizable people but have either little to no social media following, and/or little to no engagement. Engagement is everything on social media & without engagement, there is really no impact or influence and serves as just a vanity page. A celebrity can have millions of followers but less than 100 people engaging which means it gets zero impact.
Besides HIGH VIBE having a team of very experienced multi-million dollar successful marketing strategists on board who have already been instrumental in creating the company name, labels, flavors as well as other important factors, HIGH VIBE will be strategically working top social media influencers who will be representing HIGH VIBE through their social media channels, speaking on podcasts, doing blog interviews, doing print and video work, appearing at tradeshows and many other avenues in their brand ambassador capacity. One for example will be Wendy Lynn Myers.

Our goal with the $5M funding is to finalize setting up our production facilities and inventory necessary to produce HIGH VIBE on a bigger scale to sell, at least getting us to the point where we can produce and ship 500k-1M bottles or more. Furthermore, the canning process for Nitro, at least in the early stages of operation, will have to be outsourced and the several companies that do offer nitrogen canning, have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) that must be purchased in order to complete our order. However, our 1st roll out will be to focus primarily on two bottled spirits: Cosmo Vodka and Cotton Candy Gin. This gives us the greatest profit margins as well as allows us to be in 2 different liquor categories in a store being Vodka & Gin.
Our initial rollout is to focus our distribution and promotion in the West coast region, primarily the state of California. California has a massive population of consumers who are very "health conscious" and always looking for "better-for-you" products. Being that California is technically "our backyard", we are very comfortable launching this and know that once momentum begins in California, as it always does, it will eventually spread across the U.S. as California always sets the trends nationwide when it comes to beverages. We will be very cautious that we don't spread ourselves "too thin" trying to become "too big too quick".
We are confident that with our potential and growth, a much bigger conglomerate will not want to experience FOMO (fear of missing out) from not being involved in something so new, revolutionary and exciting as this. We are open to all possibilities in working with major investors or partners who can bring some strategic channels or assets. We may also consider an investment and/or association with a certain major celebrity who would bring incredible value to our brand.
Our ultimate goal with HIGH VIBE is to take it from a “start-up” phase to the next level and know that as word starts spreading about the advantages of our liquor, the brand will quickly become more valuable.
Our belief is that HIGH VIBE should not be viewed as a “normal-traditional” liquor brand and to compare us to such is devaluing the potential of the brand and product. The fact is, other liquor brands can launch 1000’s of flavors with every gimmick imaginable, but they cannot offer what we can as we have the patent on this process. We are not here to play the liquor game, but to recreate it and are excited about all the possibilities.
