A best of breed team for a best of breed technology starts with Troy Foster, our COO, who leads up our engineering team of 5. He is the former CTO and SVP of Bosch with an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Then to our two professors that hail from the Kellogg Biz school @ Northwestern/MIT Media Lab and NYU. Both their achievements and careers speak for themselves.

Next, is Glen Howard, who financed over $1 billion in the venture capital debt-financing space, invested in several start-ups and is a VC in his own right. He invested and took us on day 1 (and has become a personal friend).

Finally, and fairly new to our team, is Chief Mike Alexander. His 43 years in public service speaks volumes, but even more so is his heart and passion to protect first responders from losing self-control on the job! A behavioral trait that our technology reads with a precision and university tested alpha coefficient. Because of his influence it has created a third target market in our business plan and quite frankly made it a priority! (First Responders, High Tech Fortune 500 Companies, and Pro Sports.) In helping first responders, we are assisting police precincts with the use of the our tool to gauge the "Emotional Temperature" of their officers. This addresses the massive national issue of police brutality. If we can help just one police officer avoid the misappropriation of force to save a life - then it's worth every penny we've spent! I believe we can help THOUSANDS, if not hundreds of THOUSANDS! The emotional pain for the deceased and the financial lawsuits this issue is costing cities are profoundly injust and can be avoided!

What we do, we do with exceptionalism. Here is our Value Proposition: Our model is very simple. We save companies millions of dollars on avoiding misplaced hires while assessing the emotional intelligence (EQ) of the people they have on staff. If you think logically for a minute: how many times have you gone to work for an organization and the wrong boss or person is in a position of leadership because he or she does not possess the leadership skills demanded by that role. Our psychometric analytics tool gives employers a real-time view into their employees/new hires and their cognitive behavioral traits that validate fit for job requirements while simultaneously 'validating' the internal capabilities they need to complete tasks their resume DOES NOT DISCLOSE without this kind of validation.

We have 2 products to capture the behavioral strengths and liabilities of an individual:

1. Our EQ technology tool is called an Executive Validations or "EV:"  

This is the tool that measures and reveals the data or a "diagnostic" of an employee's EQ assets (emotional intelligence).  We ask them a series of questions within our , their face is scanned for anti-gaming, and our algorithm can very easily detect cognitive strengths and liabilities within 60 minutes. These are the behavioral traits that make them who they are- the engine, if you will, whereby they can perform the requirements of the job. Behavioral traits such as: Ambition, Endurance, Responsibility, Conscientiousness, Boldness, Self Confidance, and more! In other words, can the employee keep up with the demands they are responsible for.... can they be TRUSTED?!

2. The Cultural -Epigenetics (C) tool: 

How many times has a company hired an employee only to find out they did NOT MATCH the culture of company. Does the company know how their culture is wired?  Our proprietary tool takes a view into the EQ assets of the ones who make up the culture and applies our algorithm to display the EQ result comparisons of each leader that runs the departments. The above chart shows a comparison of 5 executives, revealing where they work well together, along with their own unique strengths as well as their liabilities. This is the cutting-edge solution for leadership training and development programs, which is an area that our sister company addresses with custom-tailored professional coaching and leadership training services. As one leadership expert stated: "Companies don't run companies, people do."  When you have a tool that measures people, the companies can be managed better and run with precision.
