Hi Phillip, thanks for asking! Our campaign on Wefunder officially closes on January 23, 2023. However, we are able to initiate our first "rolling close" on October 14, 2022, allowing us to immediately apply your investments to our rapid commercialization efforts!

Some of the details are confidential but our license and partnership is focused on preparing the technology for commercialization and manufacturing. It is the same technology being used for the UPS and VW projects. We don't know the details of those agreements, but ORNL has a variety of partnerships where they work with outside entities e.g. https://www.ornl.gov/sponsored-research
