Aloha Kevin, thank you for your question. Yes, COVID really accelerated our growth path. In 2019 our revenue was approximately 25% Commercial and 75% Home Gyms and for 2020 that ratio moved significantly to less than 10% Commercial (>$300k) and 90% Home Gyms. Are you all planning on remaining an LLC for tax purposes? I really like the pass-through model, as well as the fact that you all are profitable and not subject to income taxes at the corporate level.

Aloha Lucas, for the foreseeable future we will maintain the LLC structure until otherwise advised by our CPA or there is a strong strategic purpose for the shift.

We are interested in investing, but what will our return on investment going to be? Annual Dividends? Only profit on selling shares? Thank you.

Aloha Shari, thank you for your questions. Yes, we intend to reinvest profits into the company as we are in the midst of our growth phase. The 5 year goal is to achieve +/- $20M in annual revenue which makes us a very attractive acquisition target. This would translate to approximately 6x return to investors. Obviously, this is not guaranteed but if we worked back from that target number we would need less than 50% annual growth to get there in 5 years, which we view as attainable.
