Do you have patent related to your product?

Thanks for asking the question and investing. We have filed the patent that covers Heal Rapidly, but it is still pending. As you may know, patents may be granted quickly or slowly - I have had one granted in less than a year.

Could you please provide a list of relevant patent number(s)? Could you describe the method(s) by which the antimicrobial and pain relief are accomplished? Is there a significant economic moat for your product? How easy would it be for competitors to copy?

With a profit sharing model, when would the note convert to equity?

Thank you for the question. The convertible note has a two year converting date. So, it will be changed into shares in two years. That means you get 10% interest on the note for two years, and then after it converts you get dividends.
