Seems to be one of the more stable, further along companies that I've seen on Wefunder. As long as there is a strategy for return on investment at some point, then I think this is one of the safer investments on Wefunder (besides maybe Wefunder itself).

I'm a current shareholder in Groundfloor, adding to my holdings. Would like to suggest to Groundfloor too consider splitting the stock price, with a 4 or 5 to 1 forward split. So that it encourage greater investor interest.
I consider myself to be a man of vision, which means if I believe it I can achieve it backing it up with action and faith!
