Hi Richard, I can't really advise on the ideal level of investment; that is a highly personalized concern that should be something you sort out based on your financial situation, risk tolerance, etc. If $2k is a comfortable amount to invest, that feels like a good starting point.

Hi Erin, $36M was the early-bird special for the first $500K invested, which is long gone. It should now only show $40M. The discount is the same, just expressed differently. On the SAFE note the discount (which is 30%) is expressed as a percentage of 100, in this case 70. As in, your discounted price is 70 cents on the dollar. Six of one, half dozen of other situation.
