Synopsis: “No Right Way”

The story’s structure has been architected in the service of the main character’s struggles- comprising his rise, fall, and prospect of redemption. The screenplay invokes cinematically enhanced themes that arise organically from the main character’s environs: from a socioeconomically divided working-class town bordered by idyllic rural landscapes to the unrelenting harsh realities of imprisonment.

Despite all odds and a system stacked against him, our main character’s ultimate realization of a hard-fought redemption will touch even the hardest of hearts.

NO RIGHT WAY promises to be pure heart and soul and, as such, a much-welcomed departure from the all-too-familiar tropes and cliches.

Ayers’s resume and background with major studios (Universal, Sony, Miramax, 20th Century Fox) dates to 2000 with his Universal #1 Box Office opener The Watcher (starring Keanu Reeves in the wake of his iconic role in The Matrix).

Ayers brilliantly crafts No Right Way depicting Gallman’s story landing on Wall Street, having emerged from a childhood of poverty, crime, and the harsh reality of many years in prison. Ayers' work is a true Hollywood, Wall Street and urban American heart-and-grit story.
