The Fuel and Iron Food Hall on the historic Union Avenue will be designated as a location that will offer specialty restaurateurs the rare opportunity to bring their idea of a menu assortment to Pueblo while spreading the overhead costs and risk of an individual restaurant business.  Entrepreneurs  will be encouraged to "get creative" with options that are currently not being offered in Pueblo at this time.  They will receive advice and  encouragement from management which helps to reduce errors and increase success.  The restaurant business is at best, one of the heart.  And this approach allows the "chef" to do what he loves best. The other engaging aspect is housing being offered in the same location.  This structure should allow employees to live within the same confines as the Food Hall and therefore, learn the trade with less disruption and barriers. The combination of these ideas is an interesting approach to the revitalization of Union Avenue and can offer the city a venue that will be unique and appealing for many years to come.
