Thanks for the follow-up. The $1.2M pre-seed raise allows us to produce larger amounts of protein at our partner farm, and allows us to begin the regulatory approval process. We are planning a larger Seed raise at the end of 2027. So the runway on the pre-seed is 12-16 months. As for the contract: we have a signed agreement with our primary farming partner.
