Excellent question, Nikki! At this time our plan is to open our next location on the outskirts of Dallas, Texas. We are exploring other options as well but for right now --- we are just prospecting and have not yet made any final decisions. To answer your second question. We are not planning on opening any clubs out of Texas until after we open our 5th location in the State. What is your anticipated timing for opening the your next club on the outskirts of Dallas? Is a club near Fort Worth under consideration?

Good morning, Bill and thanks for asking! Our plans are to open in the DFW area no later than Fall 2020. We are just now reviewing a proposal for a space just down the street from AT&T Stadium. We are more than certain this will be the location of our first DFW facility. Fort Worth is on our list but we most likely would not open there until early 2021.

Andrew. Thank you for your questions. Normally our IR Director responds but since you inquired about me personally, I will address these. 1. We did a crowdfunding campaign in mid 2018 with Growth Fountain. We raised just over $10,000 and opted to end that campaign early. We were pre-revenue at that time and found crowdfunding not to be the best avenue to pursue until we were in a much better financial position. This is why we are now doing a raise with Wefunder. 2. Glad to answer your question and thank you for your interest. Currently our expenses -payroll, rent, utilities, insurance, security and taxes run about $120,000 per month. Our average monthly income is $180,000 so we have already achieved profitability. Our other locations will carry a monthly burn of roughly $80 to $90,000 as the satellite facilities will be smaller.
