We are still working with our lead investor to determine the final terms. The pre-money valuation you're referring to reflects the potential 10% discount that would be offered to early bird investors. This discount will be offered on a first come, first serve basis once we file the paperwork with the SEC (per SEC rules). Am I investing (i.e. purchasing shares in the company) or just supporting the company?
