Breakdown of Raise Disbursement

25% - R&D/Improvements to the build, FO branding on each utensil

22.5% - Production/Inventory

20% - Marketing /Ads/Refinement of target audience. Growing FO brand globally through marketing content and SM ex. TikTok, Facebook, Instagram ads

10% - IP Protection Internationally. We have patent pending utility and design patents filed in the US already, but we will need International Patent Protection from countries attempting to duplicate FO for resale. Mainly China and any other countries we deem our product would be susceptible to replication.

7.5% - Wefunder fee

3% - Shipping/Freight Charges

3% - Attorney Fees/Legal Documentation.
